Join In2 the Woods for a one-day antenatal class that guides you and your partner through labour, birth, breastfeeding and early newborn care — so you feel calm, informed and ready.
Ideal timing: from 20–34 weeks pregnant • Partners warmly encouraged

“I believe antenatal education should empower rather than overwhelm. Through evidence-based teaching and support, I help families prepare for birth, parenthood, and instil confidence that lasts far beyond the delivery room.”
Just like walking into the woods, pregnancy can feel unfamiliar at first. With the right guidance, it becomes a place of strength, growth, and deep connection.

Most couples attend between 26 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. This gives you enough time to process the information, practise comfort measures and make any decisions before your baby arrives. If you are earlier or later than this window, you are still welcome — we can help you decide what’s best.
Yes. Partners are warmly encouraged, but you are always welcome to attend on your own or with another support person such as a friend, doula or family member.
Absolutely. We discuss both vaginal birth and caesarean birth, as well as what to expect before, during and after the procedure. Many topics, such as newborn care, breastfeeding and emotional preparation, are valuable regardless of your mode of birth.
Many medical aids do offer partial or full reimbursement for antenatal education, depending on your plan. You will receive an invoice that you can submit, but reimbursement is at the discretion of your scheme.
Classes are informal and we take regular brakes in-between. Class starts at 08h30 and usually finishes around 15h30-16h00. This depends on the group discussions and breaks taken during the day.
All classes are transferrable but not refundable. If you cannot make your booked class, please get in touch to move your booking ASAP. I often have to show other couples away due to limited space, this offers them the opportunity to attend.
Your payment confirms your booking. If you have trouble paying, please speak to me directly for a payment arrangement. The reason for upfront payment is to ensure booked couples actualy attend. We have shown other couples away just to have people not arrive on the day of the class.
